You've been poked! (Not by Facebook)

I saw Dr. C again this morning and by afternoon - I had a resting ECG and blood tests for thyroid and allergy done. I've never had these done all my life until now.

The needle freaked me! I was told 10ml would be drawn. Eww.



Dr. C couldn't locate my blood vessels on my right arm from the first poke. Then came the second poke, found the vein but couldn't draw a single drop of blood. Man. So I was poked a third time on my left arm this time - finally. Ouch!

My AB+ blood looked really dark. But I find it a nice hue of red. Ha.

Was told ECG was normal though. But what concerns Dr. C is that my pulse rate was exceptionally or astonishingly high, at 96 per minute. We'll have to wait for my blood tests results now.

Dr. C has ruled out asthma and lung infection.

Was prescribed SINGULAIR 10MG 10 TAB to relieve symptoms of Allergic Rhinitis and also SERETIDE ACCUHALER to aid breathing when necessary.

My total damage: SGD410.00.

Now, I feel the pain in my heart.
