You've been superpoked.

I went for my second blood test this afternoon. I hate to be drawn blood cos it makes me bruised and painful (due to my thin veins). Yikes!

But that aside, the good news is - my pulse rate seems to be back in the normal zone. But Dr. C still wants to me keep an inhaler with me at all times, just in case, especially so in the night. I hope the blood test results would be good. I will only know in a few days' time.

For now, my breathing feels smoother. I need not take any medications. I will drink the american wild ginseng tea Ironman bought me - must not let him down right? I will try to sleep earlier - KFP has been telling me. And I will try to exercise more - KO has been encouraging me. For a start, I will walk my doggies more. My ex-Netball team wants to reunite for a year-end league. I'm expected to play GD (Goal Defence). Man. I'm not really sure if I should. Dr. C feels that I should try to steady my pulse rate for a while before high impact exercises and consumption of caffeine.

I've been thinking about something and I think the deadline I'm giving myself is Xmas. It's either going to happen or it will never.
